Ela & Walentyn Dubrowskij — From Poland with Love, Jewish Jazz & Blues

Ela and Walentyn are a creative couple from Kraków, Poland, whose music brings together blues, jazz, poetry and the heritage of Jewish Kraków. Their performance moves from classic blues and jazz ballads to the romantic atmosphere of Parisian streets and Jewish jazz, where Yiddish musical traditions meet beautiful, sometimes nearly forgotten melodies.

The program includes familiar favorites such as “St. Louis Blues” and “Bei Mir Bistu Shein,” alongside musical surprises. This is an intimate, friendly evening of live music rather than a formal concert. Musicians who would like to join in are welcome to bring an instrument.
