Birdwatching Tour for Adults

This tour explores local wildlife and develops practical field-birding skills. Designed for adults, it offers a closer look at the bird species found in urban spaces and nearby natural habitats, while broadening participants’ understanding of ecology.

Participants will practice identifying birds through field marks, physical characteristics and shape, as well as flight patterns, vocalizations and typical behavior. The activity also focuses on autumn’s ecological changes, including why migrating birds use Israel as a stopover, the survival strategies they rely on, and their journeys between continents.
