The museum presents an experiential, multimedia exhibition about a significant chapter in the history of the State of Israel, told through the life of Menachem Begin. Visitors move through historical reconstructions and reenactments, rare dramatic documentary footage, interactive touch-screen exhibits, striking presentations, and surround-sound narration. The exhibition follows key stages in Begin’s life: his childhood in Poland, his years as commander of the Irgun, his leadership of the Opposition, and his service as Prime Minister of the State of Israel. Commentary is available in Hebrew, English, Russian, Arabic, French, Portuguese, and Spanish. Pre-registration for a museum tour is obligatory. The museum is open Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 to 16:30. Visitors should follow the instructions provided upon arrival.
