אוון הנסן הוא תלמיד תיכון שסובל מנידוי חברתי. הפסיכולוג שלו נותן לו משימה: לכתוב לעצמו כל יום מכתב שמתחיל ב״היי אוון הנסן. היום יהיה לך יום מעולה ואני אגיד לך למה...״.אחד המכתבים מגיע לידיים הלא נכונות, ומכאן מתחילה שרשרת טעויות שהולכת ומסלימה. סיפור מרגש על התבגרות, על זהות ועל הצורך של כולנו להרגיש שייכים. מחזמר עטור פרסים (בהם ארבעה פרסי טוני), שכבש את במות ברודווי ולונדון ומגיע כעת לראשונה לישראל.
