באנגלית Cheesemaking workshop

This workshop for English speakers introduces participants to milk and its products, traditional cheesemaking, different types of cheese, and the differences between them. Each participant prepares a country cheese in the Circassian style from a liter of goat’s milk, seasons it to taste, and takes it home with a recipe.

The activity includes a tour of the farm and dairy, a short video about the farm, and explanations about goats, milk, and the basics of cheesemaking. The activity lasts approximately one and a half to two hours.
